enableStatement

Tracing is invoked when a prepared statement first begins running and possibly at other times during the execution of the prepared statement, such as at the start of each trigger subprogram.

Statement trace output contains normalized SQL. It preserves SQL structure and identifiers for debugging, but replaces literal values and bind parameters with placeholders and removes comments. If normalization fails, SQL text is omitted.
