The index of the element whose value is requested.

Type: Char
The value of the element at the specified index as a char.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
IndexOutOfRangeException	index >= NumValues.
InvalidConversionException	The value of the element at the specified index cannot be converted to a char.

Remarks

If the datatype of the element at the specified index is not char, this method attempts to convert it to a char.
