Provide value-semantic attribute classes.

Description:

This is a generated file used for testing purposes only and should not be used in any production code.

The file was generated with the command:

  bas_codegen.pl -mmsg -Ctestmessages --noAggregateConversion <backslash>
                 balb_testmessages.xsd

(Sustitute \ for <backslash> -- some compilers won't accept a backslash at the end of a C++ comment line.)

After the message component was generated, the following modifications were made:

• This @DESCRIPTION section was added.
• Use of bdes_ident was replaced with bsls_ident.
